Nightshades are my kryptonite.. This is the very first time I have learned ashwaghanda is not recommended for people like me, and certainly explains perhaps why it seemed to make me feel not so great all.... I look forward to reading about alternatives!

Brilliant!!! As always.

I always like to point out when my clients at hooked and trending herb that they should be careful about their dependency on herbs. Especially if we can’t grow them here.

While historically trade has been possible we don’t know what the future holds and there are many herbs that hold similar properties that are grown here. We just over look them and call them weeds… haha
