Marshmallow was paired with licorice root did wonders for gastritis!! I suffer from dry mouth also and this is sooo soothing. Thank you so much for the article!
Divinely timed reading for me. As I’ve been pondering this and that, for a dry cough, thickening Lymph Nodes and throat irritation formed by a nasal drip from what I believe to be Nasal Polyps.
Which leads me to ask what your thoughts are for Nasal Polyps. I have been researching and intuitive exploring but I’d love your feedback.
Thanks so much for this. I actually have a couple of marshmallow plants in my yard from a local apothecary class I took a few years ago.
I also have pretty irritated digestion. Not super confident about digging up the roots or anything invasive without damaging the plant, but maybe using the leaves as you describe can be a good first thing to try?
Thank you!! Marshmallow grows where I live, as a deep rooted "weed" practically everywhere. It stays low to the ground instead of upright flowers. I will investigate who exactly she is!

The instructions for the cold infusion are exactly what I was looking for, thank you. How much should you be drinking at a time? A cup, half cup?

What a great article! I use Mimosa pudica wormwood clove black walnut for parasites. Nasty things! I'm anxious to learn more.
